This website is operated by RV Renew (“RV Renew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our site, placing an order, or completing checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase products.

1. Checkout Acceptance

By clicking “Complete Order,” “Pay Now,” or any similar checkout confirmation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping Policy.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you are using this website on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Products & Safe Use

RV Renew products are professional-grade cleaning and protection products. You are responsible for reading all product labels and following the directions and safety information printed on each product. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on request by emailing info@rv-renew.com.

Wholesale, dealer, and distributor purchases are governed by our separate Wholesale & Dealer Terms.

4. Pricing & Order Acceptance

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after checkout, due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment received.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All orders ship F.O.B. point of shipment, meaning risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns require an RMA number issued in advance. Full details, including the 30-day window for consumer purchases and the 60-day window for wholesale accounts, are in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Shelf Life

Unless otherwise stated on the label, RV Renew products have a shelf life of two (2) years from the date of manufacture when stored properly.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, logos, product photography, product descriptions, and software — is the exclusive property of RV Renew and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of this site without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL PRODUCTS AND WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your particular surface or application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RV Renew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, loss of business, or damage to property, arising out of the sale or use of our products. Your exclusive remedy for any defective product is replacement or refund at RV Renew’s discretion.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RV Renew, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. and uses third-party payment processors, shipping carriers, and marketing tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services linked from our site.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website, refuse service, or cancel orders for violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida for any dispute arising under these Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
