Where We Ship
RV Renew ships within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Transit Time
We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on package size and destination. Standard transit time is 3–7 business days after processing. Tracking information is emailed to you when your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and chosen method. Promotional free shipping thresholds, if active, will be shown at checkout.
Risk of Loss
All orders ship F.O.B. point of shipment. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please email info@rvrenew.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file a carrier claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please:
- Check with neighbors, your building management, or other household members
- Wait 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they arrive
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still missing, email us at info@rvrenew.com and we’ll help investigate
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
