Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 2026

We want you to be confident in every RV Renew purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, defective products fall under the manufacturer warranty — contact us and we’ll help you facilitate that return.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns must be approved in advance. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

To start a return, email info@rv-renew.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you an RMA number and instructions on where to ship.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Include the original retail packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories
  • Be free of writing, stickers, or postage on the retail packaging
  • Be free of contamination, misuse, or damage beyond normal inspection

Refund Tiers

1. Defective Products (100% Refund)

  • Manufacturer defect confirmed within 30 days
  • RV Renew provides a prepaid return label
  • Full refund of product purchase price
  • Does not include products that are functional but unsuitable for a customer’s particular application

2. Unopened & Unused Products (Full Refund less Fees)

  • Must be returned exactly as received, in unopened original packaging
  • Refund equals purchase price minus a 3% payment processing fee
  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

3. Opened — Like-New Condition (80% Refund)

  • Product opened but unused, with all parts and packaging
  • 20% restocking fee plus a 3% payment processing fee apply
  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

4. Used or Incomplete Products (Up to 50% Refund)

  • Products that have been used, are missing components, or are not in like-new condition
  • Refund of up to 50% of purchase price at RV Renew’s discretion, less a 3% processing fee
  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Products without original retail packaging
  • Products contaminated or damaged after delivery
  • Wholesale, dealer, or distributor orders — see our Wholesale Terms

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email info@rvrenew.com immediately with photos so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap items is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the replacement.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method. Bank or card processing times may add additional days.

Shipping Returns

Unless the product is defective, you are responsible for return shipping and any damage or loss in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.

Manufacturer-Direct Brands

If your order included third-party brands sold through RV Renew, those items may be subject to the manufacturer’s return policy. Contact us and we’ll help coordinate.
